To help provide guidance in these areas – and outline how salary sacrifice can work for your fleet – the experts at salary sacrifice car scheme specialist Fleet Evolution will be at next week’s Silverstone Fleet Show on 9th April.
Managing director Andy Leech said: ‘A growing number of fleets are now aware of salary sacrifice and the premise behind it but many smaller firms still operate under the misconception that salary sacrifice cars only work for big companies. We have customers with as few as 20 employees and it is these firms that tend to run the most successful schemes with the highest percentage take-up.
‘We’ll be at the Silverstone Fleet Show to explain how we can implement schemes at no cost to the employer that can deliver savings of a third for the employee.’
Leech added that Fleet Evolution is also targeting firms that offer a cash allowance or have a grey fleet, explaining: ‘Our salary sacrifice car scheme is perfect for meeting your Duty of Dare requirements. Our arrangement exceeds every guideline issued by the Health and Safety Executive, as well as saving the employee money: everyone wins.’
The company is exhibiting at the Fleet World Fleet Show as part of its rapid expansion – the Staffordshire-based firm has recently moved to a bigger location just outside Tamworth following a series of client wins and is ramping up for further growth.
Fleet Evolution says it’s witnessed phenomenal growth in the last 12 months, driven by strong demand for salary sacrifice car scheme overall as well as its driverline support team, which handles everything from communications with customers’ employees as well as warranty issues under Fleet Evolution’s “mobility guarantee”.
The company is also forecasting average growth of 100% year-on-year for the next three years.
And Fleet Evolution has also recentlhy launched a new package aimed at facilitating electric car take-up amongst employees, titled"Electric Flex”.
