Sytner wins Experteye award for best fleet dealer group (aftersales)

Sytner topped the aftersales category for providing the best service to fleet drivers in the maintenance of vehicles.

The data was drawn from Touchpoint, Experteye’s driver satisfaction survey, which requests driver feedback after key events such as vehicle delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, windscreen and glass repair & replacement, vehicle breakdown, use of pool vehicles and when a driver suffers an accident.

Sytner won the accolade based on feedback drawn from 10,000 drivers of leased vehicles during 2013, and the award was presented to Vince Floyd, director of corporate sales, at a ceremony in Mayfair; an event which covered nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total.

‘I’m delighted to present this award to Sytner, who have consistently demonstrated extremely high levels of aftersales support to fleet drivers,’ said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye. ‘All results are based on independent feedback we receive from company car drivers, making Sytner deserved winners of the best fleet dealer group for aftersales for 2014.’

‘To win an award based on feedback that has come directly from drivers is the highest honour we could achieve,’ said Floyd.

‘It endorses all of the hard work and investment placed in our people, systems and processes to deliver an all round outstanding aftersales proposition to drivers of company cars. It also underpins Sytner Group’s aim to remain the very best dealership group serving the fleet sector.’
