Teletrac Navman teams with HaulTech for new transport management solution

Teletrac Navman has partnered with HaulTech to develop a new integrated transport management solution to help SMEs optimise their operations and drive down costs.

The new platform offers fleet businesses – including bulk haulage, aggregates, pallet networks and specialist transportation – the opportunity to improve operational efficiency, streamline process and maintain compliance.

The solution brings a range of tools including software which converts a customer enquiry into a quote, and then automatically invoices once the job is complete, reducing routine, labour-intensive administration.

Additionally, businesses can also use the tool to view and manage pending and confirmed jobs, monitor delivery updates and access proof of delivery files as they occur, bringing greater management visibility.

The solutions are fully integrated with Teletrac Navman’s connected M-NAV portable job dispatch and navigation unit, so fleet managers can oversee operations in real-time.

Peter Millichap, marketing director at Teletrac Navman, commented: “Small and medium-sized businesses play a key role in the transport sector, so providing them with the right tools to become more efficient through smarter use of technology is paramount and an integral part of their growth and success. As such, our partnership with HaulTech and the launch of the new integrated transport management solution, means we can offer fleets a platform purpose-built to meet their needs in the most cost effective way.”

Craig Lamont, director at HaulTech, added: “We’re really excited about enhancing our existing services via the partnership with Teletrac Navman. By integrating our software we can help customers run smoother operations. For example, by reducing reliance on paper-based systems, fleet operators can cut the administrative burden through seamless data flow between vehicle and office.

“Additionally, Teletrac Navman is a partner who not only shares with us a wealth of experience serving the transport and haulage sector, but also the same values and commitment to customer excellence, so together we’re well placed to deliver a great experience for our existing and new customers.”
