Totalmobile has completed the acquisition of Cognito iQ, expanding its work in field service management software.

The acquisition of Cognito iQ will add real-time performance analytics capabilities to Totalmobile’s existing suite of end-to-end field service management technologies

Based in Newbury, Cognito iQ provides workforce management and analytics technology to firms including Hermes, Transport for London and Argos, enabling businesses to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The acquisition of Cognito iQ will add real-time performance analytics capabilities to Totalmobile’s existing suite of end-to-end field service management technologies, enabling customers to manage data better and closely analyse ongoing operations.
