Toyota Hilux proves credentials for JCB

JCB has deployed the Toyota Hilux on its fleet after determining the pickup was the best vehicle to carry out multiple duties at its UK sites.

JCB chose Hilux after a six-week trial to evaluate its capabilities.

Following a six-week trial, the construction and agriculture equipment specialist ordered 13 Hilux Double Cab models, which will be used at JCB’s quarries and to transport machinery around the country, supporting its agricultural team.

The Hilux are supplied through Pinkstones Toyota in Stoke on Trent which assisted with the tender process.
