The Minister's speech will be his first to the UK's road transport industry since taking up his new role. He will meet key players in the industry and have the opportunity to hear, first-hand, the key issues and concerns that surround the road transport community.
The CV Forum 2013 will take place between 2-7pm, and will comprise a Question Time format panel discussion, with debate focusing on two specific areas: “Exploring world-class business efficiency in the road transport industry” and “How can UK operators set the benchmark for the European road transport sector?”.
Panels will be lead by a number of leading industry professionals, including Beverley Bell, senior traffic commissioner for Great Britain, Henry Foy, automotive correspondent at The Financial Times, Laura Moran, commercial vehicle director at Hertz UK and Giles Margerison, sales director at TomTom Business Solutions.
Each panel discussion will be followed by a lively question and answer session. Questions can be submitted in advance of the event, by emailing [email protected] with the subject “panel question”.
