Trackman has launched new versions of its Classic hardtop for the single and extra cab Hilux

The new solid-sided addition joins Truckman’s range of commercial and luxury hardtops available for the latest Hilux.

The high-roof Truckman Classic, which has a wipe-down interior, features a glazed rear door, with a solid rear door available as a free charge optional extra, along with a locking handle specifically designed to allow commercial users to operate whilst wearing winter gloves.

The hardtop can be adapted with a rotating or tear drop roof vent to allow ventilation into the truck bed, roof bars, as well as the option to add flashing beacons and bespoke wiring for utility customers.

Mike Wheeler, managing director of Truckman, said: “The Truckman Classic is a cornerstone of our hardtop range and we are pleased to introduce a single cab and extra version for the new-generation Toyota Hilux. This canopy is also a milestone in the history of Truckman as it’s the first to be released in the brand’s 35th year and maintains its reputation for being highly-robust, high-quality and British-made.

“The Classic was the hardtop our industry was built-upon and we are ensuring the legacy of the guys behind the original Truckman tops is not only honoured, but also continued into the future.”
