TruTac to present innovatons at Microlise Transport Conference

Over 1,000 delegates are expected at this year's conference. The TruTac team will be on hand to demonstrate how the systems can help to play a vital role to ensure compliance, safety and efficiency for fleet operators in the commercial road transport sector.

“We have just had a very successful three days at this year’s Multi Modal show,” said Jemma James, commercial director for TruTac. “Where we were able to keep new and existing customers up to speed with our latest products and services. The annual Microlise conference promises to be no less of an occasion and once again we look forward to building new partnership links and demonstrating TruTac’s credentials as a leading provider of security and compliance protection.”

Visitors to the TruTac stand can receive information about the TruControl system, which combines the EU and Domestic analysis features of the TruControl system. Operators can now receive instant automated analogue and digital tachograph analysis in newly added language options, including French and Polish.

Also new to the TruControl system is a e-signature application: designed by TruTac and dubbed, eSignLive, the device captures driver signatures in a secure, digital format thus enabling instant online verification for deliveries and driver debriefing.

For fail-safe clocking of all driver and employees, TruTime is used by operators throughout the commercial vehicle industry. The bespoke time, attendance and HR system is web-based to provide high security, instant access and reduced administration handling.

All employee movements can be analysed and full reports, including absenteeism, employee history, digital tacho card data and real-time attendance can be prepared and conveyed online.

TruChecks is a mobile system which allows drivers to complete daily vehicle inspections quickly, accurately and without the need for manual form-filling.

Now available on Android, Apple and Windows operating systems, the new app features enhanced graphics with easier-to-manage functions, which capture all of the information required by VOSA inspectors. The app also provides type-specific and configurable check lists for vehicles and trailers.

Once a vehicle check has been completed, it is automatically emailed to the office for data storage or remedial action, should it be necessary. Thereafter, checklists can easily be recalled for inspections and workshop maintenance.

The TruLicence system will also be on display at Microlise Transport Conference. TruLicence is an online checking and validation service which reduces manual administration and enables companies to demonstrate a “Duty of Care” towards drivers.

Furthermore, TruLicence helps to protect against employees driving without a valid licence and guards against potential litigation in the event of accidents where a driver’s licence is found to be invalid.
