UK Fuels launches four-strong fuel card range

The tailored offerings are intended to help businesses increase operational efficiency, by providing a choice of products built on different pricing and network acceptance structures.

For example, its new fleetone fuel card is aimed at car and van fleets operating nationally and provides access to 2,900 leading name filling stations across the country to offer a convenient, large network for business drivers.

UK Fuels is also offering its truckone card, for larger vehicles, which has a network incorporating a large number of truck stops and HGV-specific sites and offers competitive wholesale pricing.

The other cards comprise fuelplus, for locally operated car fleets and light commercial vehicles offering competitive pricing and market leading online tools that maximise driving efficiency.

Meanwhile bunkerPlus is aimed at fleets and large hauliers that use high volumes of diesel and want to buy their own diesel in bulk and store it within the UK Fuels network.

Each fuel card comes fully integrated with UK Fuels’ online account management system, Velocity. It makes managing fuel use and analysing fleet activity easy for finance and fleet managers. Velocity is also available on the app stores, giving fleet operators remote access via their smart phones.

Bill Holmes, founder of UK Fuels, said: “The main point of this new product launch is to better serve different segments of the UK fleet market, which have vastly different needs.  We are consistently trying to improve our services, with the intention of meeting all of our customers’ requirements.

“We have worked with all kinds of fleets in the past and felt that it was time to create cards that were specifically targeted for each market.”
