In his new role, Miles will be responsible for the management, sales and operations at Van Monster Colchester. He will spearhead team building, product quality and customer service development at the branch.
With over 20 years’ experience working as a retail manager outside the used van industry, Van Monster believes Miles will bring a whole new focus on customer service and team management to the business: ‘We are delighted to have Iain on board.
