Vehicle Strategies – one of a large number of fleet service companies exhibiting at the Show, which is being held at Silverstone on 12 May – comprises experienced industry experts with a passion for cars, vehicle acquisitions, good management, best practice and above all service and the new service is intended to help businesses manage their vehicles and drivers whilst reducing motoring costs and providing a hassle-free Health and Safety solution.
Named Complete Fleet, the new initiative is a collaboration between leading fleet suppliers and includes hired, leased or purchased vehicles, including full maintenance and variable insurance solutions.
Insurance is provided using the latest in telematics driven premiums, and are reviewed each quarter based on incidents claims and driver behaviour. The primary goal is to significantly reduce the cost of fleet insurance by raising standards of driving through monitoring and interaction.
To qualify for the variable insurance premiums, companies and drivers undergo risk assessments, ongoing driver training and development, with an emphasis on safe and eco driving. The training and development program will be provided by the Blue Lamp Trust which is the charitable arm of the Emergency Services, Police Fire and Ambulance Service.
There will also be a fuel supply and management option which integrates fuel card data with telematics to pin point possible fuel fraud, and excessive fuel use through low driving standards.
The company says its fuel prices are also promised to be market-leading with combined discounts for Complete Fleet customers.
There is a full accident management service as well as fleet management consultancy services for those operating fleets within FORS and other accredited schemes.
The proposition is delivered through Vehicle Strategies Group’s "Complete Fleet" Tech Pack which is a combination of telematics monitoring, camera technology, fuel card data which is all managed on the MotorManager Cloud based Fleet Management solution.
Vehicle Strategies will also be launching a fully insured young driver fleet initiative at the Show, to be known as LEMON SQUEEZY CARS. This long-term rental fleet embraces the ‘Complete Fleet’ vehicle, technology package and driver development solutions and applies them to the new and young driver sector. The scheme is already being supported by Vauxhall, Smart Witness, Fore Solutions LV & Ageas Insurance with other car manufacturers in the wings.
