The Dashboard delivers a broad range of fleet vehicle data, providing fleet managers with a snapshot of the key metrics that help to measure and manage cost and operational efficiencies.
The latest addition to Venson’s Interactive Portal has been created in conjunction with its customers and forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to enhance the range of services it offers its customers.
Simon Staton, director of client management for Venson, commented: ‘It is vital we continually review and explore ways in which we can improve our Interactive Portal. Whilst we pride ourselves on delivering a personal service to each of our clients, ensuring our dedicated client contact points are at hand to give support when needed, we also wanted to give our customers further flexibility to delve deeper into individual elements of their fleet data, as and when they needed to.
‘Crucially, the Venson Interactive Portal now includes a Reports section via the Dashboard. Customers can set the reporting period of their choice and review it at any time, as well as still receiving scheduled reports administered by their dedicated Venson account management team. The addition of the Dashboard to our Portal sees us place a comprehensive range of information at the fingertips of our customers, giving them the control they have asked for, to help them run a safe and efficient fleet.’
