Mr Baker-Hood joins Venson from Ludus Leisure, where he was a CAD engineer for outdoor play equipment. In this role he was responsible for the issuing of production and manufacture drawings using AutoCad from 2D and 3D draught models, as well as liaising with architects and installation engineers. Prior to that he was a CAD draughtsperson at Neville Tucker Mechanical & Electrical, where he worked alongside architects and manufacturers to coordinate designs for clients.
Jason Barker moves from O&H Vehicle Conversions, where he was the electrical engineering manager. Since 1996, he has been working on vehicle ambulance conversions, ranging from PTS through to A&E conversions, providing both the electrical solutions and design.
