VGroup already supplies more than 2,200 roadside assistance packs and first-aid kits a year to Fleet Alliance for inclusion in new company cars and light commercial vehicles delivered to customers.

Under the expanded partnership, Fleet Alliance, which manages more than 25,000 vehicles, has contracted vGroup International’s vComms division to provide equipment ranging from lining panels to tow bars and racking systems to roof vents and lighting and electrical features.

The partnership will include vComms’ nationwide mobile accessory fitment service, a national menu of fixed prices as well as a range of accessories that can be ordered online on behalf of customers and include dead locks, door slam locks, rear window security grills and blanks, armaplates, dashboard cameras and livery requirements.

The extended partnership follows vGroup’s launch this year of the new Finesse Poly-line polypropylene commercial vehicle lining panel, which brings weight-saving and payload-increasing benefits.

Martin Brown, managing director, Fleet Alliance, said: “vGroup continues to be an essential part of our supplier network, helping maintain our high standards of customer service by providing seamless delivery of high quality handover and support packs to our dealer network.”
