Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles expands Van Centre network to 98 sites

The network now offers 98 outlets, comprising 73 full dedicated Van Centres and 25 additional Authorised Repairers, and provides a wide range of new and approved used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as well as an extensive suite of aftersales services.

Changes to the network include two brand new facilities in the Channel Islands, including an all-new Van Centre in St Helier, Jersey, offering both sales and service. Meanwhile a delivery point and Authorised Repairer in St Martin, Guernsey, will offer support to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles owners.

In addition, there’s a new standalone facility in Hull, with the JCT 600 Group having invested to offer a large showroom facility, which includes a large California area.

In Norwich, major investment by Robinsons Van Centre has seen the site transformed. The redevelopment has created a much larger facility that will help to enhance the customer experience as well as offering additional room for the service team and greater car parking spaces at the Van Centre.

Richard Blunden, national network development manager for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, said: “The new and transformed sites in our network ensure we can provide the best levels of service to our customers. The recent growth in the network demonstrates the ongoing confidence our investors have in the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand.

“The all-new sites on Jersey and Guernsey will give the residents access to our specialist commercial vehicle experts and aftersales services, which in turn help keep their businesses moving forward. We are confident the commitment and investment from the Jacksons team will ensure the best for our customers in the Channel Islands.”
