The seven awards reward performance across a number of key areas, from new and used sales, through customer satisfaction and loyalty to Authorised Repairers. There are also three top Van Centre accolades which recognise overall results.
The big winners this year were Swansway Group, which has four Van Centres and claimed three awards, including the top Overall Award for the best performing Van Centre in the network for its Liverpool branch. Swansway was also recognised with the best Satisfaction Award and best Group Award. JCB Eurovans claimed the two runner-up spots in the Overall Award category with Eurovans Eastbourne and JCB Van Centre Ashford awarded second and third.

Representatives from all of the brand’s 72 dedicated Van Centres and the 28 Authorised Repair attended the event and saw the category winners presented with their awards.
