The internal and external storage solutions are now available from Volkswagen’s dedicated Van Centre network and have been fully tested in accordance to stringent EU safety regulations.
The external solutions have been developed in collaboration with Rhino Products – a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roof racks, bars and accessories – and are designed specifically for Volkswagen’s Caddy and Transporter.
The roof rack and pipe tube storage systems are made from aluminium, making them up to 25% lighter than steel equivalent products, and come with locking systems such as the SAFECLAMP and SAFESTOW designs.
Meanwhile, the Sortimo internal racking systems offer a flexible modular storage unit, which can be combined with other Sortimo products to deliver a comprehensive integrated storage offering for Caddy, Caddy Maxi or Transporter models.
The fully crash tested equipment has been developed to be hard-wearing but extremely lightweight to help save on fuel and reduce CO2 emissions.
