Government air quality plans as well as other current and future issues affecting the commercial vehicle market are to come under focus at the September meeting of the Vehicle Remarketing Association.
The event, which takes place at the premises of the Fleet Auction Group in Leicestershire on 20 September, will see James Davis, director of commercial vehicles at Manheim, look at the outlook for the wholesale van market, as well as focusing on forthcoming clean air legislation and its potential impact on the new and used van sectors.
The prospects for alternative fuels in the new and used commercial vehicle sectors and other trends will come under the spotlight by Nadim Altaf, commercial vehicle editor at Glass’s, while Kay Hudson, managing director, at International Vehicle Services, which trades in the UK as Trim Perfect, will look at Health and Safety, including new sentencing guidelines and looking at how to build a genuine safety culture.
The formal presentations will be followed by open discussions.
