Keith joins Yodel following eight years as group chief operating officer at Shop Direct Group, the digital department store, where he oversaw brands including Very.co.uk, Littlewoods and isme.
He also played a key role in the integration of Littlewoods Home Shopping and Shop Direct (formerly GUS) and has previously held senior positions at N Brown Group plc, Freemans, Hutchison Telecom and American Express.
