Angel Springs signs up to VMS for accident management

The firm has 14 depots located throughout the UK and over 200 mobile engineers, providing products ranging from water coolers and hot water dispensers to hospitality systems and consumable accessories, and runs a fleet of mixed vans.

To help assist maintain and manage their fleet repairs, VMS will be on hand 24 hours a day to support their drivers and operation.

The VMS accident management services include: 24/7/365 incident reporting and claims handling service, full repair management, national network of approved body shops, replacement vehicles, full range of engineering services, third party claims handling and intervention and uninsured loss recovery.

VMS also offers a bespoke online system to access vehicle maintenance records and to keep up to date with all outstanding vehicle repairs.

Kevin Matthews, national operations director at Angel Springs, said: “We chose VMS over other suppliers due to their flexible approach and simplicity of service, VMS made it so easy for us to use and have taken the headache out of accident management.”
