Auto Styling Truckman moves in to new premises

Established in 2003, the 4×4 vehicle accessory manufacturer and distributor has been based at Narrowboat Way on the Blackbrook Valley industrial estate since January 2007.

The firm has retained its existing facility at Unit 1 to focus on manufacturing and production but has also now purchased Unit 14, comprising a 52,0000 square foot modern factory unit, as an investment. This will become the headquarters for the business as well as provide sales, distribution, product development, warehousing functions and a new tool-making workshop.

Mike Wheeler, managing director of Auto Styling Truckman, said: “Having enjoyed consistently high growth in recent years and with the forthcoming launch of a new range of pick-up hardtops, we identified the need for additional space and were keen that this expansion should enable us to separate out our manufacturing function from the warehousing and distribution.  When Unit 14 came on to the market we identified it as being ideal to meet our needs and allowed us to invest in a property nearby to our existing site.”
