Axis launches new mobile maintenance division 

Axis Fleet Management has invested in a new mobile division to provide nationwide on-site maintenance and repair services to its UK customers.

Applicable across the Axis customer base which includes operators using trucks, trailers and rigids, the service will see the first mobile maintenance vehicles deployed within six weeks.

The new division will be headed up by Ian Ashman, who brings nearly 15 years’ industry experience in mobile vehicle maintenance and will focus on coordinating operations.

Axis managing director Leigh Goodland said: “The significant investment in an in-house maintenance and repair service will give us direct control in ensuring our customers enjoy consistently high standards of service across the country.”
