The vehicles were supplied by Vauxhall in platform cab body style, with body manufacturer Lawrence David then converting them into box body vans.

The vehicles provide a higher payload and a lighter body conversion compared to the previous fleet, supplied by another commercial vehicle manufacturer.

“The new Vauxhall vans will enable us to be far more efficient in our use both of time and fuel by rationalising the number of deliveries we make and creating a more efficient branch operation,” said Steve Bareham, southern region operations director at Benchmarx.
