Citroën and Peugeot are offering a complimentary six-month trial subscription to their Free2Move Connect Fleet telematics service when customers order a new van.
Part of a number of updates across the manufacturers’ van ranges, the trial is available on all newly ordered Citroën Berlingo Van, Dispatch and Relay models, plus Peugeot Partner, Expert and Boxer models.
The trial brings access to a range of fleet management, eco-driving and geolocation services, allowing businesses to optimise vehicles using real-time data provided by onboard vehicle telematics fitted as standard. Fleets can then choose whether they want to proceed with any of the services, which are split into three bespoke packs.
Both brands are also reducing list prices on the Berlingo Van and Partner van, lowering the basic list price between £1,050-£1,200 across all versions in the ranges.
The Berlingo Van and Partner are also adopting new naming structures. From July 2021 production, all Berlingo Van trim levels will carry the ‘Pro’ designation to identify the new models with enhanced levels of safety equipment as standard. These cover four trim levels: ‘X Pro’, ‘Worker Pro’, ‘Enterprise Pro’ and ‘Driver Pro’. Equipment will also be updated to include seatbelt reminder on all versions, and passenger and side/thorax airbags on Crew Van models.
And to align with the naming structure for current Peugeot road cars, the Partner van range has new trim names, updated with ‘Premium’ added across the range.
