Commercial vehicle repair centre opens in south-east London

The new site is believed to be the first of its kind and will be specially equipped to handle LCVs. It will also implement advanced methods as using pre-assessment and pre-painting of parts, which Solus expects will reduce repair times by more than 50%.

Theo Theodosiou, technical director at Solus, said: “Solus repairs more than 1,000 vans a year from the London area; our new site was created to support the special technical and service demands required for our business customers.

“We believe this is the only site in the country dedicated solely to repairing light commercial vehicles. The technical expertise of the team, combined with the dedicated focus on light commercial vehicles and the continued investment in training will deliver market-leading quality to our customers.”
