The agreement will see ARI working in partnership with CVS to deliver maintenance management for 1,600 vehicles through its nationwide Masterserve garage network, with associated services including all-hours control centre support and back office functionality for CVS’s client base.
ARI will also be providing specialist management information reporting through its ARI insights® fleet management tool and ARI analytics software, fulfilling CVS’s requirement to consolidate existing data from a range of legacy providers following the implementation process.
