Fischer Panda UK to debut new portable power solutions at CV Show

A new range of on-the-go power solutions will debut for commercial fleets at this year’s CV Show.

Fischer Panda UK will showcase its power products at the 2024 CV Show

Visitors to the Fischer Panda UK stand will be able to explore its new all-in-one lithium power supply units, designed to offer a powerful and versatile solution for a host of vehicle applications and needs.

Developed by Clayton Power and now available through Fischer Panda UK, the LPS units are aimed at mobile and off-grid power systems requiring small to medium levels of onboard portable power. The line-up includes the LPS II, which offers a semi-fixed, hassle-free power source for users on the go, without the complexities of additional equipment and full system overhauls.

Chris Fower, sales and marketing director, said: “We’re excited to bring this alternative power option to our range of industry-leading power products and showcase them together at the show this year. We service full-system design demands very well and now we’ve expanded our offering to a cost-effective alternative to full-system solutions. Our customers can now access a full portfolio of premium power technology solutions; come along and talk to our experts at the show to discuss your needs.”

Fischer Panda UK will also showcase its integrated power and HVAC system solutions with a full line-up of products from leading brand partners such as Mastervolt and Autoclima. There will also be two vehicles on the stand displaying the hybrid system solutions designed and commissioned by Fischer Panda UK’s technical team.

Fischer Panda UK’s CV Show stand will include a Mercedes Sprinter fridge van demonstrating a Mastervolt hybrid Li-Ion power and solar system powering a Hubbard refrigeration unit. Showcased in partnership with Acrobat Vehicle Rentals, it highlights the alternatives for providing power to the vehicle’s onboard systems without the need to keep the vehicle engine running or the need for a fully EV application to meet the power demands.

Also on the stand will be a community mobile library van developed under a longstanding collaboration with mobile trailer unit specialist Torton Bodies. It features a Mastervolt onboard power solution using Li-Ion technology to meet the sustainable power demands of the vehicle.

The 2024 Commercial Vehicle Show takes place from 23-25 April at the Birmingham NEC. More details are here.
