Trakm8 returns to CV Show to unveil latest fleet solutions

Trakm8 is to debut its latest fleet solutions at next week’s Commercial Vehicle Show 2024.

Trakm8’s RH800 four-channel 4G mobile digital video recorder has full telematics capabilities

The event takes place from 23-25 April at the NEC in Birmingham and will see Trakm8 present its comprehensive suite of products tailored for the fleet industry, hot on the heels of its appearance at the Great British Fleet Event.

Among the showcased innovations will be the AI Fleet Optimisation solution. It’s designed to advance how fleets are managed and optimised, especially in the context of last-mile delivery, by harnessing the power of advanced algorithms and machine learning. Benefits include significant reductions in fuel and labour costs, decreased total fleet mileage, and the ability to handle increased order volumes without necessitating additional shifts or vans. These efficiencies translate into substantial savings in emissions, fuel expenses, and overall operational costs.

Trakm8 will also unveil its RH800 solution, said to be the first MDVR with built-in telematics and marking a significant leap forward in fleet management technology.

Also taking centre stage will be Trakm8’s flagship RH600 4G integrated telematics cameras, able to cut accident rates by up to 39% and instances of speeding by 35%. The RH600 4G Integrated Telematics Camera combines all the benefits of a vehicle camera together with full telematics (tracking, driver behaviour, vehicle health) in one compact device, with single or double lens, and 256GB or 512GB options.

Complementing these offerings is the ACC750 driver feedback device, designed to enhance driver performance and safety while optimising fleet operations. Within the Insight platform driver league tables can be created to help aid healthy competition amongst drivers to be the best driver. Driver reward schemes can be set up to incentivise drivers with prizes for improved driver performance, all facilitated by Trakm8’s Driver feedback device and Trakm8’s Insight fleet management platform & app.

Attendees can expect a glimpse into the future of fleet management with Trakm8’s presentation of EV telematics capabilities within their Insight Platform. From monitoring range and charge status to providing real-time battery insights and charge mapping, Trakm8 is poised to redefine how electric vehicle fleets are managed and optimised.

Furthermore, Trakm8 also unveil its vehicle health solution, Connectedcare, which seamlessly integrates with the Insight Platform. By extracting vital information directly from vehicles and presenting it in a user-friendly interface, Connectedcare gives fleets actionable insights into vehicle health, including battery health, vehicle warning lights and more.

“At Trakm8, we are committed to delivering comprehensive fleet management solutions that empower our clients to achieve optimal performance and efficiency,” commented Nick Guise, head of marketing at Trakm8. “Our participation in the Commercial Vehicle Show 2024 underscores our dedication to innovation and our unwavering commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the fleet industry.”

Trakm8’s holistic approach to fleet management, encompassing cameras, telematics, AI Fleet/Route Optimisation, and vehicle health monitoring, offers a 360-degree view of fleet operations from a single platform. This integrated approach enables fleet operators to streamline operations, reduce costs, enhance driver satisfaction, and contribute to broader corporate CO2 reduction initiatives.
