Ford awards Cartwright qualified vehicle modifier status

Cartwright Conversions has been awarded formal qualified modifier status by Ford for the Transit.

The company joins a handful of converters who hold the qualification in the UK.

Steve Shaw, commercial and operations director, Cartwright Conversions, said: “The Ford Transit is an iconic vehicle that is relied upon by thousands of businesses and is also extremely versatile, making it ideal for conversions. We are looking forward to a long and productive relationship with Ford.”

As well as supplying Ford Transit Minibus and a Ford Transit Custom conversions, Cartwright Conversions works across the Ford product range. The company recently supplied Lincolnshire Police with 10 new modified Ford Kuga patrol vehicles to help officers tackle rural crime, including hare-coursing.
