Isuzu UK has launched a 0% APR finance offer on the D-Max Electric Vehicle pickup.

Orders for the zero-emissions pickup must be placed before 30 September 2026 to qualify for the 0% APR offer, with a 50% deposit and 36 months’ interest-free payments on a Hire Purchase agreement.
Isuzu UK has also confirmed ‘zero change’ to HMRC’s treatment of all D-Max pickups for the purposes of VAT reclaim and Vehicle Excise Duty.
Following HMRC clarification in July 2026, the policy on VAT input remains unaltered: VAT-registered businesses can reclaim 100% of VAT on double and extended cab vehicle purchases as well as single cab models and commercial pickup variants
HMRC has also confirmed that vehicle excise duty (VED) is not affected by any changes to Benefit-in-Kind treatment for double and extended cab pickups, which is charged at a flat rate of £360 per year on both EV and ICE models.
Alan Able, managing director of Isuzu UK, said the clarification by HMRC was extremely important for many businesses and industries.
“Questions around how HRMC views double and extended cab pickups for the purpose of reclaiming VAT has caused some uncertainty. We confirm the full range of Isuzu D-Max in all cab layouts, both EV and ICE models, qualify for 100% reclaim of VAT by VAT-registered businesses.”
Isuzu’s entire D-Max line-up has over a one-tonne payload and qualifies as commercial vehicles. All models have a 3,500kg towing capacity and selectable four-wheel drive. All new Isuzu pickups come with a five-year, 125,000-mile warranty, five-year UK and EU roadside assistance, and 12-year anti-corrosion warranty.
