Marshall Fleet Solutions has appointed Toni Oldfield as business growth and customer experience manager within its tail lift division in line with its ongoing expansion plans.
The newly created position sees Oldfield assume responsibility for managing and setting the relevant business growth and customer experience objectives within the tail lift division, while also implementing and maintaining a division-wide coaching programme to support local lead and national account sales generation.
The new role builds on Oldfield’s existing industry experience, including 12 years at Europcar, and will see her report directly to Stanley Backhouse, the newly appointed head of business stream at the division.
