This marks Phase One of the bespoke Complete Care service contract across DPD’s ‘Region 6’, which covers Carlisle, Aberdeen, two sites in Glasgow, one in Dundee, and a Super Hub in Edinburgh.
The Complete Care solution developed for DPD includes routine service costs with all parts and labour, lubricants, all friction materials and all clutch friction materials; MOT test fees; and repair or replacement of engine, gearbox, rear axle, all other mechanical components, all computing management systems and all other electrical components.
Mercedes-Benz Vans and DPD are celebrating a 26-year collaborative partnership in 2015, further cemented by the rollout of the Complete Care plan. Strategically, the DPD Group envisages all of their fleet of Mercedes-Benz vans will move onto the Complete Care Service Contract over the next two years.
