Reflex Vans becomes first rental business to scoop Van Excellence operator accreditation

The Van Excellence scheme, launched in 2010, looks to raise compliance levels across the sector by setting high standards and sharing best practice.

Mark Cartwright, FTA’s head of vans, said: “We’re delighted to award Van Excellence operator accreditation to Reflex, the first van rental business to achieve this standard. Reflex’s policy of speed limiting its rental vans by default allows it to comply with the Van Excellence Code and we applaud the company for leading the way.”

Lisa Spong, head of sales for Reflex, added: “The recognition of the Van Excellence accreditation demonstrates our commitment to safer, more efficient and sustainable van operations. In turn, this will help our standing with customers and employees and reassure both the public and Government that van operators are addressing the issues of concern to them.”
