Renault Trucks adds new Master Z.E. variant to growing electric vehicle range

Renault Trucks continues to expand its electric vehicle line-up, including with a new higher GVW version of the Master Z.E. electric van and higher-range D trucks.

The Master Z.E. 3.5-tonne version joins Renault Trucks’ growing EV range

The new 3.5-tonne version of the Renault Trucks Master Z.E. joins the existing 3.1-tonne version, while still offering a real-world operating range of 120km (75 miles) and able to be fully charged in just six hours.

It’s already offered as a van, available in three different lengths (L1, L2, L3) and two heights (H1, H2), and will shortly be available with a platform cab and chassis cab, opening up a wider range of utility applications.

The expanding EV range now also sees the Renault Trucks D and D Wide Z.E. available for specification with 66kWh battery packs, building on the 200kWh and 300kWh installations available since the initial launch.

The new battery pack gives an operating range of up to 400km (some 249 miles) and the full range of versions on offer is designed to give operators increased flexibility in selecting the most efficient combination of batteries for a wide range of applications.
