Together Housing has strengthened safety, operational efficiency and risk reduction through its new partnership with Exeros.

The leading social landlord, which has more than 38,000 homes in the north of England, will deploy Exeros’ video telematics platform, driver app and AI dash cams across its 550-vehicle-strong fleet. The new technology will enhance safety by improving visibility into driving behaviour, vehicle incidents, telematics and day-to-day fleet operations.

Lee Warburton, property manager fleet & contracts at Together Housing, said: “Keeping our drivers safe while maintaining a high standard of customer service is essential.

“We wanted a solution that supported our drivers, gave us greater insight into fleet performance, and helped reduce risk across the business. Exeros understood our goals from day one and worked with us to create a bespoke solution we’re thrilled with.”

The partnership forms a key component of Together Housing’s wider fleet strategy. It delivers a clearer understanding of driving behaviours, supports coaching initiatives and improves accident management.

By investing in this driver safety and operational efficiency technology, Together Housing ensures reliable and safe services for its colleagues, customers and communities.

The new system features real-time, AI-powered driver safety tools, privacy modes and advanced driver scoring. Integrated with Exeros’ video telematics platform, it provides fleet-wide insights, cloud-based incident footage and critical data to significantly reduce risk and protect drivers.

“Together Housing is sector-leading when it comes to road safety,” said Jay Biring, CEO and co-founder of Exeros. “We’re thrilled to partner with them on a bespoke solution that reduces road risk and provides practical insights that managers and drivers can use every day.”
